Two years ago, Flora Minaire, asked herself the question of the future of her crypto wallets, social network accounts and email addresses in case of a life accident.

Who could access her computer? Could she leave her Deezer & Spotify playlists to her nieces? What about access to her Binance account? With the help of notaries, she decided to create a secure, regulated and sustainable solution .

February 2021

Acceleration within the Grenoble incubator/startup studio MoonshotLabs.

July 2021: Integration into Village by CA des Savoie

Flora Minaire co-founds the Société par Actions Simplifiées, Solal Tech

December 2021

Numerous partnerships with notaries begin to be set up.

Solal Tech raises a first round of financing from an investment fund, thus enabling the start of technical developments.

June 2022

The fundraising of 860 k€ in SEED is closed.

This month also marks the beginning of the constitution of the Solal team and the first recruitments.

The progress is materialized by the finalization of technical developments and the launch of the B2C service.

October 2022

First recruitment of the SOLAL TECH team.
Participation in the Technot' Forum and first demonstrations to notary professionals. Result: good feedback and the establishment of partnerships.
